There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.
ATM of Citadele Bank is located on the first floor, near the reception.

We offer to visit our Beauty & Wellness Center on the 1st floor. The center that offers massage and body & face treatment procedures are open from 9:00 till 21:00. Therapists are working from 9:00 till 21:00, last treatment can be booked till 20:00. You can find more detailed information about treatments available in the brochure that are located in your room. To order a treatment please call (Ext. 900 or 912). Center also offers gym services. Gym is available 24 / 7 and is complimentary to hotel guests.
Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1th floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours: Mon-Fri from 7:00 to 11:00, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00. If you prefer an early take away breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
Hotel underground parking has 23 parking places. Also one parking place for the bus is available on the territory of the Hotel. Parking costs -10, 00 EUR per night. Bus parking - 21, 00 EUR per night.

The check-in time starts at 15:00. In case of early check - in please inform the reception in advance. Early check - in is based upon availability and for extra charge.
The check - out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check - out is based upon availability and for extra charge.

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini bar in each room or in the restaurant at the hotel first floor for extra charge.

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.
In case of the need of an extra bed please contact the reception. (Ext. 900 or 912).
There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

A free Wi - Fi network is available in the hotel and works without password. This network is not 100% safe.

If you would like to use the laundry service please fill the order form and put all things in Laundry bag. It is possible to leave Laundry bag in the room, or bring it to reception. Laundry service is available every day from 08.00 till 17.00. Your order will be ready in 3 hours.
The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel. This service is free of charge.

A mini bar is available in each room, offering a beverages and snacks. This service is available for an extra fee. You can pay at the reception for the use of a mini bar at the check - out.
Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 20,00 EUR per night.

You can leave your correspondence at the reception. Envelopes and stamps are available for purchase at hotel reception.
Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:00 to 17:00 Please place “Clean Room” card on the door knob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place “Do not disturb” card on the door knob. For changing the towels please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.
The reception desk works 24 hours (Ext. 900, 912). Guest can order room service from Elefant restaurant. Meal order time from menu every day 12:00 - 22:00. Room service menu is located in guest room.
Restaurant is located on hotel 1th floor. We offer European cuisine. To order a meal to your room please call 917.
Restaurant opening time: Monday - Sunday 15:00 - 23:00.
For personal belongings’ storage we recommend to use a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.
