The Sky Loft Hotel is ideal both for business meetings and evening relaxation.

The hotel is fully operating and provides accommodation and food services. To ensure maximum order and security during an emergency, the hotel has additional security staff.
We invite residents of Kyiv and guests of the city to the hotel. The hotel has its own generator, so you can work even if there is no electricity in the city. We also offer delicious meals and hot drinks.

SECURITY PROTOCOL SKY LOFT HOTEL by RIXWELL DURING THE ACTION OF THE STATE OF MARTIAL

1. ENHANCED SECURITY

  • Round-the-clock protection of hotel guests by a qualified security service in enhanced mode;
  • Round-the-clock video surveillance of all guest areas of the hotel;
  • Round-the-clock duty of service personnel;
  • Round-the-clock monitoring of the hotel's engineering equipment.

2. SAFETY MEASURES

  • The hotel staff is instructed on how to behave during an emergency and has a clear algorithm of actions;
  • In the event of an emergency, the hotel has an autonomous energy supply system with fuel reserves, water and food reserves;
  • The hotel has a sound notification system and emergency evacuation management;
  • All hotel premises (including rooms) are equipped with smoke detectors and an automatic water fire extinguishing system;
  • The response time of the police, firefighters, and ambulance to a call is 5-7 minutes.

3. CIVIL DEFENSE SHELTER

  • On the -1st floor of the hotel, there is a shelter that guests can use during an air raid;
  • The shelter is equipped with chairs, water reserves and a bathroom;
  • The shelter is equipped with a ventilation system;
  • Upon check-in, the hotel staff conducts briefings on the location of the shelter and the algorithm of actions during an air raid;
  • The nearest public shelter (metro station Palace Sportu) is located 225 meters from the hotel.
