Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day in the building in front of the reception, in the Two More Beers restaurant. Breakfast hall working hours: mon.- fri. From 7:00 to 11:00, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00.

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance (until 21:00 of the previous day). We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 10,00 euro/pers.

Car rent

The car rental service is available at the hotel. For more information, please contact reception (ext. 0).

Check-in

The check-in time starts at 15:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Check-out

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Conference & banqueting

There is a meeting room available at the hotel with a capacity of up to 100 pers. For more information, please ask at reception or by phone, (ext. 0), or by email: conference@rixwell.com

Damaged goods

Penalty for guest damaged goods please see in Appendix No. 3.

Drinking water

Tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini bar in each room or in the restaurant at the hotel first floor for an extra charge.

Electricity

The voltage in the hotel is 220v.

Electrical safety tips

• Do not use the electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, electric heating plugged in.
• Do not floodwater on an inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with your hands.
• Do not pour water to the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

Evacuation plan

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

Extra bed and breakfast for children

• Children under 3 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 25 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children older than 13 years - EUR 30 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

Fire safety

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

Fire and rescue service

You can call to fire service, dial 112.

Hairdryer

For your convenience, there is a hairdryer located in the bathroom.

Internet connection

A free wi-fi network is available in the hotel.

Laundry service

If you would like to use the laundry service, please fill the order form and put all things in a laundry bag. It is possible to leave a laundry bag in the room or bring it to reception.

• Laundry collected until 09:00 will be returned until 18:00.
• Laundry collected after 09:00 will be returned the next day until 18:00.

Laundry service is available only on workdays.

Lost and found

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food are not kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 20,00 euros + postal expenses.

The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.

Luggage

The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.

This service is free of charge.

Medical care

In case of the need of a medical care please contact the reception
(ext. 0) or call an ambulance: 112 or 113.

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 20,00 euros per night. For further information, please contact reception.

Post-service

You can leave your correspondence at the reception.

Room cleaning service

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 9:00 to 17:00.

Please place a “clean room” card on the doorknob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place the “do not disturb” card on the doorknob until 12:00. For changing the towels please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

Restaurant / bar

The restaurant is located on hotel 0 floor.

Security

The hotel has video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 112 or 110.

Sightseeing

The hotel offers a variety of sightseeing tours. For more information, please contact the reception (ext. 0).

Smoking

This is non - smoking hotel.

The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 150,00 eur.

For calling another room please dial another room number (4 digits).

Local and international calls are available for an extra charge at the reception.

From room located phone can call only to reception and another room.

The free and pay television channels are available at the hotel.
